Did I say that out loud?

How did I get here?

More Questions

Thank you, again, to everyone who responded to my last post!

One more question though: How easy is it to break back into a specific theatre scene?

Currently I'm working for a theatre in Washington, D.C. until May. Slowly I'm building connections and learning where to go for overhire gigs and the like. And even though I love it here, I am considering striking out beyond my original hometown. If I do leave DC, I'm certain I would eventually want to come back, either in a year or two or three or six...you get the idea. So how easy is it to break back in? Or am I just worried over nothing?

Cheers!

Touring
[info]glowtapejunkie wrote in [info]techies
Hi all -

I'm job hunting and I'm seriously considering joining a tour starting around August 2010. The thing is, I've never worked a tour before and I don't know anyone who has. What websites are a good source for listings? Is there a period where tours start looking to hire for their next season (rather than looking for people who can work right away) that I should especially keep my eye on?
I already know about backstagejobs.com, but should I look anywhere else?

Cheers!
